Fresh mozzarella, salami, roasted peppers, artichoke hearts, kalamata olives, roasted tomatoes

Carving Station
Sliced Roast Leg of Lamb with roast garlic, rosemary and port wine sauce
Sliced Bone-in Ham with sundried cherry and mango chutney

Chicken Concetta
Fresh chicken breasts stuffed with prosciutto ham and spring asparagus,
accented with Meyer lemon cream sauce.

Poached Atlantic Salmon Fillets
Cilantro-lime compound butter
